Good evening, Raffies!
Tonight we are going to Guinea. After a week of eating nothing but meat, I really needed a break.
So we went for the vegetarian version of Kansiyé.
This is the
recipe with lentils I followed. The traditional version, however, is with meat. Here is the
recipe for the meaty one.
The dish was lovely. Very flavourful and filling. I'll be trying the meaty version soon!
